Gravix: Gravity Sort
Privacy Policy

Effective date: 1 November 2026 · Android

Information, choices and contact details for our gravity sorting game.

Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how New thoughts Dev handles information in Gravix: Gravity Sort (also listed as Gravix: Gravity Sort Puzzle), Android package com.ntd.gravix.gravity.sort. The game has no account registration, chat or social profile. Its puzzles can be played offline; advertising and external links use the internet.

Game information on your device

The app stores level progress, star scores, coins, the four remaining booster inventories, achievements, daily results, supported saved attempts, and preferences such as sound, music, vibration and reduced motion. These records are stored locally rather than uploaded to a developer-operated game server. Android may back up or transfer local app data according to your device and backup settings.

Advertising and consent

Google AdMob provides native, interstitial and optional rewarded ads. Its SDK may process IP addresses and approximate location inferred from them, advertising or other device identifiers, app/ad interactions, and diagnostic data. Google uses this information for ad delivery and measurement, analytics, and fraud prevention. These SDK data are separate from your local game saves.

Google’s consent system requests privacy choices where required. When available, reopen Settings → Ad privacy choices to review them. Android settings also let you reset or delete the advertising ID. Refusing personalized ads does not remove all ads or all processing needed for ad delivery. Google describes its practices in its Privacy Policy and partner-services information.

Analytics and crash reporting

The current app configuration does not activate a developer Firebase Analytics or Crashlytics project. The developer does not currently receive separate gameplay analytics or crash reports through those services. Advertising SDK diagnostics described above may still be processed. If additional analytics or crash reporting is activated in a future update, this policy will be updated to explain the applicable data and choices.

When you contact us

If you email rova2201@gmail.com, we receive your email address, message and any information you choose to include. We use this correspondence to answer questions, resolve support requests and address privacy concerns. Please provide only the information needed for your request.

Sharing and processing locations

We do not sell personal information. Information may be processed by Google for advertising and by the email service used to handle support correspondence. Service providers may process information outside your country under their applicable terms and safeguards. We may also disclose information when legally required or necessary to protect rights and prevent abuse.

Retention and deletion

Local game data remains on your device until it is cleared, removed by Android or the app is uninstalled. A device backup may remain separately under your Android account controls. Clearing app storage removes local progress and settings.

Advertising data is retained according to Google’s applicable policies and settings; resetting an advertising ID does not itself delete all previously processed data. We keep support correspondence for as long as needed to handle the request and meet applicable legal obligations. To request access, correction or deletion of information you sent directly to us, email rova2201@gmail.com. We may need information to identify the correspondence. No in-app account needs to be deleted because the app does not create accounts.

Security

Local game records are held within Android’s app storage protections. Google’s mobile advertising SDK uses encrypted transport for transmitted SDK data. We use reasonable measures appropriate to the information we handle, but no storage or transmission method can guarantee absolute security.

Children

The app is intended for players aged 13 and over and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly seek personal information directly from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact rova2201@gmail.com so we can review and address it.

Device permissions and external links

The app uses internet and network-state access for online services and advertising-ID access for ads. It does not request access to contacts, camera, microphone or precise device location for gameplay. Approximate location may be inferred by advertising services from an IP address.

Privacy, rating, license and “More Apps by Us” links may open Google Play, a browser or another app. Those destinations handle information under their own policies.

Your choices and policy updates

You can play puzzles without an account, control available ad privacy choices, adjust Android advertising and backup settings, and clear local app data. Depending on your location, you may have additional privacy rights. Send requests or questions to rova2201@gmail.com. We will update the effective date when this policy changes.
